Bee-eater and Peregrine

Yep this morning I got up early and went to Winterton, its the one day of the month I am working in Great Yarmouth so was handy to do birding in Winterton even if the Bee-eater had gone over night.

But as it happened I was in luck and upon arrival the Bee-eater was showing well!!

It slow got brighter and a bit closer for me to get these shots.

Such a nice morning did see these also in the south dunes but nothing really of note.

On Tuesday watch the Norwich Peregrines catch a pigeon then pluck it before taking it to feed the chicks.
